The Eastern Passage & Area Betterment Association (EPABA) is a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in Eastern Passage, Cow Bay, and Shearwater.
Through collaboration with residents, businesses, and community partners, the EPABA leads and supports projects that enrich our shared spaces, celebrate local culture, promote economic development, and create a welcoming and vibrant environment for all who live, work, and visit our communities.
